This is not actually an interview as much as it is a sales pitch to be onboard to a team. As long as you know what you are pursing this should not be a surprise. Be aware of Consultants who promise big gains with little effort as it is not the case. Acquiring new clients and business partners takes time and grit. This is a commission based sales job and should not be marketed as anything else.
