It was a virtual interview for 1h with the research group leader and two lab technicians. The atmosphere was very good and friendly. First they asked me to introduce myself and then they wanted a super detailed analysis of my previous related lab experience, questions about protocols, machines, technical issues etc. In the end I got to ask questions about their work too and I think they valued it.
It was a one way video assessment. I was given 90 second prep time and 2 retries. Overall i was asked 5 questions regarding my personal qualities and what i understood about the role.
HR interviewed, asked about very general questions (why Roche, why this role, my previous experiences), moved to the next round with hiring manager. Got a little more technical and asked my previous experiences a bit more

Entrevista
I was asked to prepare a 20 minute presentation for the interview. On interview I was then asked to deliver it in 10 minutes instead, to see how I could manage that stressful situation.
