The process started with a phone interview with the direct supervisor, followed by in-person interviews with multiple team members completed over a couple hours. The questions were all pretty straightforward, both general behavioral and specific role focused.

The initial interview was with an AI/video interview. Not ideal, you are only given 90 seconds to answer a question that would normally take 3 minutes. So it's a little bit off-putting because there is no human in the interview, so you can't read body language to know if you're going down the right path.....
Très belle experience lors de mon entretien avec Roche . Les retours ont été rapides, le processus général était bienveillant, et l’équipe était à l’écoute et disponible tout au long des entretiens.

gut and langwierig. Man hat erstmal eine Kennenlernrunde und dann Fachgespräch - alles zusammen hat es ungefähr 3h gedauert. Das Fachgespräch geht ziemlich tief und im Gespräch beteiligt sind immer Führungspersonen.
