I applied online at the Roche portal, and thirty days later, I was contacted by the hiring team to schedule an interview.
The interview took place online through a video calling platform. The hiring managers introduced themselves, which broke the ice and calmed my nerves due to their friendly and respectful attitude. The interview lasted for about an hour and thirty-minute.

Highly technical questions. My answers were challenged in a non-threatning way which stimulated intellectual engagement from both parties and soon the interview turned into an engaging scientific discussion.

Entrevista
The interview was online and was about 1 hour. There were 4 interviewers but only one asked questions. There was a 10-15-minute presentation about your previous research experiences and then some behavior questions. They did not ask difficult technical questions related to the presentation. I think behavior questions were tricky.

Entrevista
The entire interview was a 4-hour virtual process.
1 hour presentation with questions with all interviewers present. Then 6 x 30 min interviews with 1-2 interviewers, each focusing on a slightly different aspect of the position.
