Der Fokus lag insgesamt am stärksten auf dem Fit. Das erforderliche Qualifikationslevel war aufgrund einer Praktikumsstelle nicht allzu hoch. Die Erfahrungen aus Lebenslauf und vorherigen Praktikas werden hoch angerechnet.

It was just explain yourself, motivation and some other questions regarding my CV. I was interviewed by the managers that I was going to work with and there were no technical question they just asked If I knew a digital tool.
Very well structured recruiting process (from application to interview to feedback) and great interviewer with questions around personality and expertise - unfortunately did get the offer. Overall very positive experience

I had an in company interview of Roche of the Financial Intern position. The process include the group presentation, sharing of the heads of financial department about the company, lunch, case analysis within groups, and individual interview.
