Initially I were given a test program to write on paper, program was not so difficult but they were looking for the approach. I was 1st to clear the test so was quickly called for further round. Next was a technical interview it was good and was around half an hour long. Mostly on java (since I mentioned java else it would have been c/c++) and bit on SQL. Final HR round was just a formality for me, but I heard from my college that they had been taken interview by HR also.

It involves a discussion on a given topic with other candidates, usually with similar experience and educational qualifications. Performing well in a group discussion helps you to get noticed and practising for one improves your public speaking skills.
