They use outsourced recruiters mostly from India I believe.The recruiters initially made me feel this was a scam. However, after talking to the hiring managers I realized this was a real interview, their receuiters were just so bad. The interview itself was easy, but the process was too long with 7 rounds. The recruiter then told me the interview feedback was pretty good, and they are going to submit my package to the hiring committee. They kept low balling me on the compensation and kept saying I was asking a bit too high and the hiring committee might reject it
