Applied online, they reached out to me a few weeks later via 30min recruiter phone call followed by a 30mins video call with hiring manager. Hiring manager did not seem interested in the conversation nor did it seem like they have had interview training. They were reading questions one after the other by cherry picking. As a result, the interview had a lot of dead silence and not a single question was catered to the job description.
