You will go to three interviews. Upper management really cares to hire good employees its unfortunate the managers are selfish and love to make fun of their coworkers. The managers in Canfield do a great job of acting as thought they care about you and the company however, they really can't wait for lunch time to go get ice cream and make fun of you when you leave the room for a few minutes. Since you work in a tiny box with 7 or so people the managers can stare at you all day and yell at you for no reason. Its a shame that bi-polar people take out things on you until their medicine kicks in to act sort of normal. The people you get jobs for I feel the worst for, instantly they make fun of you when you leave the building. The interview process makes you travel quite far before they decide if they want to hire you. This makes the company look good, but it really just tries to suck you in since they realize your so far in the process and do not want to not take the job at this point.
