It was more like na a meeting between me, the cliente and a person from HR. We discussed the job and how I could solve the problem. They had a big problem to consolidate the financial statements, because each subsidiarie had a different chart of accounts.

Good rapport with the interviewer, but really hard to read. Lack of direction and expectation in terms of the role, which makes it very hard to genuinely match the conversation. There was no response after the interview.

Pretty quick, took about a week or so, they're personable and understanding. Just be yourself and answer questions using STAR format and you'll be golden. I think their process is pretty holistic, if you have a skillset to offer their client-base.
