When I arrived, I was taken to a conference room and asked to wait. A few minutes later the head of the department I would be working in and his supervisor came in. We introduced ourselves and began the interview. I was asked the basic questions and once those were out of the way we got into the details of the position. I explained my technical skills and we talked about how I could use my skills to perform the duties of the position. After these questions were out of the way, we talked a little bit and I asked a few questions to get a better idea of what was expected and what the company could offer me in the way of training and opportunities to advance. Then the interview was over and I was walked to the front of the building. Very professional, comfortable and fun. The staff was friendly and fun to chat with.
