I applied online, and received an email back a few days later requesting a Skype interview. I replied saying what days and times I was available and didn't hear back for about another week. Finally, a week later, a date and time was set. About 4 emails were exchanged back and forth and it always took between 3-4 days for the recruiter to get back with me. Come the day of the Skype interview, I am sitting at my table dressed nicely in front of my computer waiting for the call to come through. 15 minutes pass...nothing. I call the number she left for me and am sent directly to the recruiter's voicemail. Of course, mailbox full, cannot leave a message. I then email the recruiter stating that we had a Skype interview this morning and the call never came through, therefore I would still like to set up another time. Never had a call back, never had an email back. Completely unprofessional.
