They looked through my resume and asked a few questions. They also requested that i should share my working experience. We went on to discuss my core skills and abilities while also identified my preferred job environment.

Interview process was easy and straightforward. It is mostly about understanding your background to know where to place you and which assignments you might be a good fit for. There was a phone screening first then an interview.

First interview to work for Robert Half was simple and smooth. The recruiter gather my information and said will be in touch. I sent a follow up email and I got crickets. 3 weeks later the direct hire department reached me out and said your profile and assessment look good, I don’t know why we didn’t hire you.
