She outlined a job and saw if my skills matched what the employer needed. Then she asked when I'd be available to work. She made it very clear what my position would be and who I would be working for. She also gave me the contact information of my supervisor in case I had any questions. When leaving the interview, I knew exactly who I would be working for and what I would be doing at my job.
