A recruiter reached out to invite me for the position, then kept taking days to reply to questions; finally, set a time for a phone call, then she missed the time twice, briefed me about the position, and chose a virtual meeting time for an interview that she missed again later, followed by a LinkedIn message that I was missed and asking to reschedule. Treated with disrespect, unprofessionalism, and zero ethics, it's shame for the HR People Talent to be represented by such a recruiter.
