- it is short interview - interviewer asked the following questions: - interviewer preferred to see portfolios of any work you've done before - asked on technical questions on e.g SQL - was informed on the spot that i will not be shortlisted as i am not the person they are looking for and that they prefer candidates who are more experienced in the subject matter as the interviewer expects the candidate to be onsite to run the show. - interviewer did give recommendation on how candidates could better improve the chance of being hired by tapping on the abundance and free webhosting sites so that the interviewer can better see and grade the potential of the candidates.
