Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 3 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Ricoh (West Caldwell, NJ) en ene 2011
Entrevista
Interviewed first with the Commercial Sales Manager, then the Manager of Major Accounts, then the Regional Vice President. They review your resume and tell you that they are number one in copiers. They insist that you can make 100,000 per year. They make certain you know you will be required to cold call. Note three years ago this was a great company to work for. Things have changed dramatically.

Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 6 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Ricoh (Charlottesville, VA) en abr 2012
Entrevista
I originally applied for the company through one of the Job boards, and was contacted by a local recruiter within two days. I had orginally applied for a position in Alexandria VA but the recruiter had noticed I had previously worked in Charlottesville and wanted me to consider working that position as he had an opening that needed to be immediately filled. After he contacted the manager for the area he set me up with a 1:1 interview with the sales manager for the area.
The interview went very well, the manager was very honest, asked all the usual questions such as "Why do you want to work here?" and "Why should we hire you?" At the time of the interview he let me know that he currently did not have a position open but one would open up in the next few months. At that time I took another job that was closer. I contacted the manager a week after and let him know I was still interested and he let me know that it would be about another month until the postion was open.
A few days after that call he contacted me again and let me know that a senior level account position was open in the Harrisonburg area, and that he would like to schedule another interview with his manager. The drive to the interview was a bit long, I had to drive 3 hours there and back to make it, but the second interview went very well. The District Manager asked me the "why do you want to work for Ricoh?" and then opend the floor to questions I had to indicate I had done my research. After the interview I was offered the position and instructed that it would be another week or two until the background and drug screening could be completed.
