When I applied, it only took a few days to get a reply and to schedule an interview. The interview went well and the questions that were asked were pretty average. This issue came AFTER the interview which took place the first week of June. It took until the LAST week of August for them to tell me I was not selected for the position and that they would pass my resume on to another department. I honestly don't understand how it takes an organization 3 months to tell someone they were going to move on after they continuously said you were their top candidate. Granted, I had been offered employment by then but I just think this is very inconsiderate!
