Basically the interview process like that only. first round will be conducting telephonic and next round will be face to face and management will take considering the group discussion. then emplyer will be realseing offer letter and employee will accepting the the letter and mentioned the joining Date also .After the joining Appointment letter will be issuing and they entioned probationary period of time for testing and training .

Interview process was very straight forward however I find the team unprofessional. Once they have asked all the questions and think that you might not be a great fit with the role, they would just want to end the interview already. The team also seems out of focus with you during the interviewing process.
