Inerview process is as follows, Initial screening through a head hunter/recruiter, just a chat around CV etc, before they put you forward technical interview where you have to present a round a technical area of your choice, done to UK guys, so they get a group of interviewees in and then do them all on the one day, if you cant make that day, not much chance of getting another Final interview with directors, again to do the same presentation
