First I had a phone interview with the potential supervisor, then I had a phone interview with a recruiter from the company, then in person panel interview at the company campus.
They mostly asked me why I wanted to join the company and my backgrounds in academic research. I just had my phone interview and they immediately assigned me to a video call with HR the next day. I don't know if I am accepted yet.
