2 phone interviews, travel from KY to TX for full day with 4 interviews across leadership, total of 6 week process (offer came two weeks after trip to TX). I had over 12 years experience in the industry, was a former employee of an acquisition, and knew a high ranking exec within RAC. This likely moved me to the top of the list, but a full interview process was still required.
