I don't know what's their criteria to choose candidates. I sounded very confident and I have C1 level English. They group you into a zoom interview with so many other candidates and then divide into rooms. We have around 3-5 minutes to talk about ourselves and our work experience. Only one stayed behind so she could "ask about missing personal information", but I read from other people that it's cuz they like that candidate, nobody else from my group stayed except for one person with 8+ years of remote experience. Got a response within 48 hours about them moving forward with other candidates. What a waste of time and disrespectful to have your interview like that.
