Almost 2 months after I first applied, I was surprised to receive an unscheduled screening call that the recruiter just dove into headfirst. It was at a very inconvenient time; I was away from my desk and did not have the job description or CV in hand. In future, I would recommend that recruiters at this company preschedule screening calls.
