The interview process was long, but I was also a fresh college graduate. The only reason I was interviewed was because of connections I had within the company and I was lucky enough to get a phone call interview from an HR representative. I was then told to read a 280-page case study which was very helpful to answer some fairly difficult technical interview questions later on. There was a single, 4-stage interview that took over 2 hours with a small break. I wasn't the candidate they were looking for and they had no feedback to provide. However, I was provided with a reason I wasn't hired, which was much appreciated.
