I got the offer to interview within my email. The interview was an online video recording that you could take at any time within a short (maybe 3 day) time frame. The questions were something I read off the screen. Then I selected begin recording and talked into my camera on my laptop.

I don't remember the exact questions, but they were common interview questions. "describe a time you showed leadership in the work place" "describe a time you resolved a conflict in the workplace"...etc. They were all timed, but if you read the question and were prepared to talk about yourself, you had enough time to watch your response, realize any mistakes you made or words you tripped up over and retry the recording.
The interviewer was very nice and respectful. It was evident that she is passionate about her work and eager to share her expertise. It is a shame I wasn't offered a chance to join the company, but my positive experience encourages me to try again in the future.

Hirevue and then meeting with several teams they think you're a fit for, non technical but might ask technical questions depending on role. Pretty casual but your experience at the company is very team dependent

Overall there were two interviews. One HireVue technical that also asked you to complete some details (like start time, salary, etc.) and one interview with your manager, Pretty standard interview
