Phone screen and hiring manager screen was great. It wasn’t until I had to schedule my on-site interview. After my interview had to be rescheduled due to weather conditions that the process became extremely stalled. I gave them dates but was told which date was to be scheduled Just really unprofessional to set up an on-site interview especially since I was driving to the site.
The interview has multiple steps with an initial interview with HR followed by an interview with your perspective supervisor. Its very fair, and relevant to the position. Just be yourself and you will be okay.
HR call followed by HM interview, and a full panel interview with a 1hr presentation. HR said would ask for 5 references if one was selected after the full panel interview. And also were saying something like we value your time and would follow up within 2 weeks or so just to give you updates... I went through the full panel interview months ago. But never heard back since then. I sent an email to HR to follow up, the HR said they would call, but never did. I guess I was not selected, but it was not very professional to just ghost candidates like this.

Entrevista
First was just a screening call with HR and then a scheduled virtual interview with the hiring manager. Next was an onsite panel interview with a presentation and the final round was an interview with the department’s VP. Overall a good experience, asked fair technical questions and questions about my working style. They tried to make the process quick and easy, which was appreciated, with an official offer sent less than a week after the final interview.
