The interview process was terrible. - A 5minute call just to get to know some limited information, and just to inform you that you can work on a test. -After you work on an outdated test (because you just wanted to), you get some really strict feedback mentioning some details that no one would estimate as important, having in mind how they communicated the requirements and the importance of competing the test.

Reedsy contact you via a website they found you on, then they send you questions asking about yourself and after that, they send you a tech test. There is no 1:1 call, the process is waste of time and generic
