The call from the recruiter was 20 minutes late. While the recruiter did have a valid explanation for tardiness, I found it inconsiderate of a candidates time. The recruiter did not communicate her questions well. As a result, whilst answering questions, she interrupted to clarify her question, and in doing so, became flustered and frustrated. Not a great experience.
