I had an interview with one of the managers. I could tell in the first two minutes of interview that she didn’t want to talk to me! I could tell that was a no already! I don’t know why she didn’t just tell me what she didn’t like about me anyway. I continued the interview anyway. Sure enough never even heard back not even a sorry we have chosen someone else. Better for me don’t want to work wit( closed off managers.

Series of a few calls and zoom meetings with leadership. Seemed to be interested in who I was and what I envisioned for my future. Only downside was the primary KPI they tracked were calls rather than being revenue focused.

Straight forward and very simple, interviewer was very calm and at ease with me. I believe this is what helped me secure the offer due the the genuine rapport built.
