I found the job posting on Indeed, then applied by emailing the hiring manager directly after researching the company website. I included a cover letter and resume, and was contacted for a phone interview roughly a week later. The phone interview lasted roughly 30 minutes and went well. I was then invited to an in-person interview with the hiring manager and CEO. This interview once again lasted about 30 minutes. It was more of a get to know the person type of interview, not as much revolving around my ability to do the job. At the end of the interview they asked me to provided references. Roughly 10-14 days later I was contacted via email with an offer for the job. The hiring manager contacted two of my three references.
