This was an interview for my first job out of college. The interview process was pretty simple. I applied, and then I received a phone screen from a recruiter. She then sent my info to the hiring manager. The hiring manager called three days later and asked about my background and the projects I had done in college. Finally, he invited me to an on-site interview with him and the person who would be my lead, the individual in the same role as mine but more senior. I got a call a day later saying I got the job.
