Fairly straight-forward. After applying online, I was selected to undergo a phone interview, where I was asked typical questions like what I know about the company, why I want to work there, and also had a conversation with the recruiter about what their company is like. Afterwards, I was invited to do a face-to-face interview with Department Head and Head of HR.
