The process started with a screening phone call, the colleague I spoke to was very personable and positive. It was a fantastic first interaction and affirmed by belief that Ranstad was the company for me.
I then had a interview with the hiring manager and it was clear from the off their level of knowledge and skill. The passion for the job was contagious and it was hands down the most enjoyable interview I've had. They were really engaged and thorough, in asking questions as well as answering mine. By the end of it I had a clear understand of the position, team and company and was certain I wanted this role.
The assessment was challenging but enjoyable and was a great way to assess potential staff but also give applicant a really taste of the role . I appreciated the follow up meeting as there were a few bits that converted incorrectly between Excel2019 and Google Sheets so it was good to go other together, it was also another chance to learn more about the company and was very nice to hear about the career and development opportunities in Ranstad.
The process ended with a phone call from the first colleague I spoke to who was as positive and friendly as the first time. She told me the offer and after accepting make sure I was aware of what would happen next and checked again if I had any questions.
We arranged a right to work check and despite a few signal issues it was efficient and again checked to make sure I didnt have any questions.
