One interview. Everyone gets in. Standard question is "Why do you want to work here?" The standard answer is I want to make a lot of money.:-) They really just want you to show up to work as they are always short on manpower. They do make you wait for ages so that you feel intimidated. At the end the make you wait to shake hands with the General Manager of the store. The story is always the same on how he started like you and that within 5 years he became a partner with Mr. Reed and became the GM. He will omit to tell you that he has less than a 1/2 percent partnership and that he has been fired from this very same dealership before and that this location is going down the tubes.
