Entire process took a few days. Quick phone interview and screening process with the recruiter and was brought onsite to interview a day later. After the first interview with the entire HR department, I was requested to come back to meet with the executive team. After that, the recruiter followed up a few days later stating we could speak on the phone, but she never responded back. The conversation was left open ended, clearly didn't care to continue the conversation. The whole experience seemed very amateur and there was a huge disconnect between what the employees said the culture was like in the interview and what the executive team had stated. That proved to be a red flag.
