Me postulé a través de un reclutador. Acudí a una entrevista en RWS Group (Saint Louis, MO) en jun 2026

Terrible. After the phone screen with HR, they asked me to prepare a presentation. I had to take time off of work and the hiring manager was late. When he finally got on the line, he said he needed to reschedule. Then I got a note from their HR department saying that Robert enjoyed the interview but they are pursuing other candidates. We didn’t have an interview so there was nothing to enjoy. And the time, energy and PTO that I used are all wasted. Out of the window.

This was a masterclass in amateur hour and complete lack of professionalism on their part. I interviewed with the talent acquisition team then the hiring manager. After being told in both interviews that I had excellent background and experience and was in the running, I got a generic form letter saying my experience and background were not a fit. This is not a company worth setting up and interview at 5am because the hiring manager is in Germany. I would not consider them to be honest people and are disingenuous at best. Imagine working for these people!

Terrible interview process. They had me take PTO from my current job and create a PowerPoint presentation for the interview. The hiring manager showed up late and told me that he needed to reschedule. Then, I got a note from the HR department saying that Weil the hiring manager really enjoyed our conversation they’ve pursued other candidates. We didn’t have a conversation because he needed to reschedule and my PTO, the deck that I built, and my time are all out the window. The good news is that I don’t want to work for a company that doesn’t have things in order. It’s a reflection of what is certainly to come if I or anywhere else were to accept an offer. Total lack of professionalism when you ask a candidate to commit more time and effort than a typical interview, the honest should increase on the hiring end of the equation. Not at RWS.
