The first interview was a Skype interview with the HR Generalist.At the second interview,the owner was late to the interview; I stood outside the door for 20 minutes waiting for her to complete her conversation with someone on the inside. I completed my interview and wasn't able to ask questions because someone else was waiting to interview after me. I get home and I receive a generic email stating that someone else was chosen for the job. This place needs to get their act together. If you know you have an interview at a certain time, be ready for that person. This was a complete waste of my time.
