The first step of the interview process was the basic over the phone interview which lasted about 15 minutes - pretty typical. It went well, so they asked me to come in for testing before getting into the second interview. Unaware at how long the testing was (it took about 2 hours), I accepted. There were 4 "tests" - 2 personality, 1 grammar and 1 analytical. Not only was the analytical test unnecessarily long, but to this day I still ask my friends what they think a few answers were because they were so obscure.
They told me they'd let me know by the next day, which is the least they could do considering the process they put their interviewees through. However, they finally emailed me the day after saying that I did not make it to the next interview. I don't mean to throw anyone under the bus, but the whole process was bizarre and unprofessional.
