Applied online, received an email from a recruiter about a week later to set up an hour-long phone interview. It mostly consisted of me going through my work experience/education, a few behavioral questions, and the recruiter going over company and position details. At the end of the conversation, she asked to set up an in-person panel interview later that week with the Team Lead and Supervisor for the position.
The following week I met with the Supervisor and Team Lead at the RBC Wealth Management headquarters in Minneapolis. It was very casual and conversational. They had a list of questions they went through back and forth that were mostly behavioral. Overall pretty easy and surprisingly enjoyable, as they were very friendly and showed genuine interest in getting to know me.
Exactly a week later I was offered the position on the condition of passing a background check. Exactly a week after that, I was notified that I had passed the check and the recruiter scheduled a start date for the following week. Over all, it took exactly a month from the day I applied to the day we set the start date.
