I was emailed by their recruitment team, and was told that my skills are a good fit. They then proceed WASTED my time with a short interview, only to have the recruiter interrupting me rudely in the middle and then place my application on hold instead. WTF? Why bother contacting me in the first place if you're going to do that? I suspect its either a messy and chaotic organization, or lots of miscommunication going around. Horrible experience.
