It wasn’t complicated. I only completed one interview round, and it was directly with the hiring manager. The process was quick, straightforward, and focused mainly on my background and potential fit.

Awful pay. They mention in the job description that base pay is $50k a year, which seems a little low for a company that hires mostly in the Beltway area... but whatever.
Commission "may be provided" according to that same job description... another red flag. But I made it to the final round, and I was desperate, so I went along with the process anyway.
What they fail to mention is that commissions are paid QUARTERLY, and ONLY on meetings you book that turn into a close.
Did I mention they're looking for people to hang out in their New York office? Good luck surviving in the city on $50k a year, while you wait months in order to get paid what is your due.
But if you look on their website, all you see is nonsense about how much they care about their employees, how much they invest in your growth. Why is it usually the most toxic companies that love to go on and on about how they're a family? A family that doesn't mind you living in poverty, apparently! If you have any sort of options, avoid like the plague.

They asked me about my experiences working on teams and what I learned from them. They also ask you to put together a presentation and expect you to become an expert on ecommerce within a week just for them... so have fun with that.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Our SDR role is entry level and we are very competitive with entry level pay. Some of our SDRs make 100%-110% of their commissions, leading to OTEs of $85,000 +. This is a great first job with people advancing to Account Executives or managers after a few years. Our roles are remote first with the option of going to the NYC or Philadelphia office.
