HR contacted me two months after my online application and tried to schedule a call with the hiring manager right on the HR call. I agreed to the schedule time, the hiring manager was a no-show. I tried to re-schedule with HR, got one reply that the call will be re-scheduled, and then silence for more than a month. I followed up a few times to no avail until a 'no' email a couple of minutes ago. This company doesn't appreciate the time applicants took to apply.
