I also had similar experience with ServiceNow & recently I had the experience where I coded for every problem & answered the questions but I got the response that not selected. Even I know that I told 2-3 solutions about which that interviewer was also not aware of but again I know that here employees getting insanely high salary for their sh*t contribution so they will try to avoid any competition in their projects & such people are taking the interviews here.
