Sat down with two managers, their goal was to see if I had a good work ethic.The questions weren't very extensive, mostly about what I've done outside of school, what hours I would be available (leave it all open, the hours can be adjusted later), and why I chose Publix. Being positive and optimistic helped.

Relaxed one on one interview process. They want to know why want to work at Publix, how you will handle angry customers, and what your weekly shift availbility is. They prioritize candidates who can work busy retail hours, such as weekends, late evenings, and early mornings.
