It was a pretty straight-forward process. They asked standard interview questions about my background, why I wanted the job and where I saw my career going with them. I was offered the job the same day at the end of the interview.
Relaxed one on one interview process. They want to know why want to work at Publix, how you will handle angry customers, and what your weekly shift availbility is. They prioritize candidates who can work busy retail hours, such as weekends, late evenings, and early mornings.
