15 minute interview with a manager to gauge your mindset towards customer service and going over your previous experience. It's really not difficult (especially in new markets if they need to hire somebody). The premise is just to make sure you aren't going to quit immediately and you understand what will be required of you.
Organized and flowed well. Interviewer answered all questions I had for them and more. It was timely and follow process was fast and efficient. Great experience overall went well. Second interview involved job offer.

What was a situation where you worked well in a team situation?
Easy process. Easy questions. Asked a lot about prior experiences and what i could bring to the table. Asked about schedule and availability as well all of which led to the personality questions.

Tell me when you turned around a negative situation.
First, you have to take an online assessment during the application and then you get scheduled for an in-person interview if they like your responses. The assessment was pretty lengthy and had a variety of customer service and situational questions, and the interview was pretty serious for the low level position I was taking.
