it was an easy interview asked me basic questions about my customer service background. customer service above and beyond is the main concern in these interviews they also want to see that you have a pleasant personality. Also be ready for situational questions and how you would deal with certain difficult situations.

Interview was fine, team member giving the interview did not care. Half of the time they were on their phone not paying attention to me.don't think of coming back to this place

There were loads of questions and a simulation on the online application. It was an easy process. Everyone i spoke with was very nice. I would highly recommend it any students looks for a great starter position or even building a career with publix.

Just easy questions about me and why i want to work at publix, didn't really go into detail and was mostly simple. It's a pretty straight forward process, you can't really mess it up unless you have a bad history or criminal record
