There were a few stages. First, we spoke online about the views of the company. Then I had to do a short but manageable assignment. Next round I got called in to do a face to face interview. In this interview I got asked several detailed questions and I also got to express my views and opinions or ask any questions about the company to see if we are the right fit. I chose to want to work in a place that also fits my values. Fortunately for me and the company, we found each other's working values quite similar and I got positive answer.
