They ask you questions about your previous jobs and overall experience. They then explain the expectations and responsibilities of the job that you applied for. You then read and sign paper work that has to do with your back ground check.

Entrevista
The interview was a very productive conversation that helped me realize how much I truly want to pursue a career as a CNA. Since I already work at this facility, our discussion reinforced my desire to continue growing here and confirmed that this is where I want to build my career.
The interview went great Casey is super welcoming. i learned alot about survey. We talked about the staff to patient ratios. I learned that orientation is a 10 day process.
